Nope. I think most people can see through lies about a persons importance.

I don't want to look important. I go to great lengths to make sure I am incognito daily to hide from how important I am...not.

I would "Expand upon the Truth" . . .

While I have no issues with what I do, and I "Bring to the Table", I have no issues with "Adding Fluff" . . . It is what we do in job interviews. You focus mostly on the positive and then augment words to puff up the importance. No need to lie.

I couldn't believe one friend's resume he asked for help with. It was filled with those exact things. We had to start over from scratch .

I had several Resumes simply because of the Multiple Hats I had to wear at one job. While all where viable and in every sense real, only one was the actual job I was "Supposed" to be doing.
While my Supervisors took full liberties in exercising the phrase " . . Other duties as assigned." I took full liberties in find myself a niche based on their abuse of this phrase.
