Some people call me an alcoholic because I drink 2100 ml in alchohol per day, I say that's not enough alchohol in quantity to constitue me being an alcoholic wouldn't you agree?

Daily consumption of alcoholic beverages whether it's beer, whiskey, liquor or mixed drinks is truly a sign of an alcoholic.

If people who know you feel you have a problem .. You might want to take that seriously. Sometimes, we're so close to our own problems, we can't see them. Can you go without your daily alcohol with no problems? Are you always thinking about your daily alcohol? You might want to consult your doctor for the answers you're seeking.
If this is a "real" question, the phraseology alone indicates it is being asked by an alcoholic.
If you NEED to drink and that much every day you are an alcoholic in my opinion!
