I help someone else.
What do you do when you feel emotionally and mentally lost? For instance, you don't know what you're supposed to do, you feel like something is missing, and/or everything you do just seem futile.
If i'm lost as i don't know what i'm suppose to do!
Whether i talk to someone or listen to music. Specially Linkin Park, they can only get me out of the situation.
bicycle ride or crank up the music and sing
Well, those are relatively recent phenomena for me.
When such frustrations occur---typical for those of us to whom basic perceptions come more quickly--- I just take a break from trying to reason with the people who tend to give me occasion to feel that way.
take a moment, to sit, relax . . . And breath. Focus on just your breath leaving, and returning . . . The weight of your body against what you are sitting on . . . Breath . . . Focus . . . Breath.
Take some time after a while to appreciate something in nature . . .
I listen to music and take a bath, I don't talk to anybody because no one knows how to help me with the problems I have
I look up at the sky.
I then convince myself worrying will just make it worse.
That or I yell.
