I'm 23 and I feel like a failure, I still have no clue what I want to do in life. I also have crippling anxiety and depression should I just give up?

you feel like a failure cause you make yourself a failure, stand up and know that life is a challenge and know that only you can make stand up no one else but you, I'm 13 and i never let myself down cause i know how hard or depressing life can be, many challenges await in life and take the challenge. No!  Please don't give up!  You may feel like a failure now, but one day you will come to a realisation and you will know what you want to do.  Who knows what amazing ideas you are able to bring to the world that you just don't realise???

No, my brother had terrible anxiety at that age too. He'd finished university had got a really fantastic job and then the stress of it all just piled on top of him. He went to the doctors and got some medication, he did give up his job, but with the support of family and loved ones he got through it. When he felt better he ended up getting a far better job and also has his own side line business, a few years later he got married and bought his first house. Ask for help so you can change your circumstances, take the first step. It's hard to see when everything appears dark.

Guess what? You are 23 and you are really just finding out who the real you is. You don't need a life plan yet. You should have an idea of your likes and dislikes though. Find job that includes something you enjoy doing, and work towards getting that job. Also if you have  job you like you have less stress and anxiety and depression. If your depression and anxiety are hampering you now, get professional help. Everyone has struggles. It is how you deal with them that matters. And there is never any shame in asking for help.
