How do you know it has a trojan ? Very hard to detect unless you have a good anti-virus and malware program. This video shows the long manual way to remove them but I do suggest you get a decent anti-virus and scan. Also, you must have Malwarebytes Free and possibly Hitman Pro free trial to clean it all out.

First of all, you need to find out what Trojan horse your computer is infected with. Then it becomes easy to remove.
How? Generally, your system will give you a DLL error notice caused by the Trojan. You can copy the error and search more about the affected file online. Trojan can also slow down the speed of your computer because it is using many resources, busy spying or creating a backdoor. Therefore, if your computer is slowing down, it could be caused by malware like trojan, too.
You could use an anti-malware program to prevent, scan, and remove the malicious malware for you, like SpyHunter, even after you have done the manual removal. Especially, technical computer settings might not be your best skill.
