Maybe are you a bit pms'y ? One time when I was, I sat on my kitchen floor and cried for 20ish minutes cos I didn't have any orange juice in my fridge.... And I don't even like orange juice.
Why do I want to cry when my teachers ask I'm okay or how are you doing. It's really hard to hold back tears. I think it's noticeable I'm about to cry?
Hi Anonymous,
When I was in my teens and even now, I always found it very moving when people would reach out kindly to help each other...and I would cry.
In high school, we would have a fire drill and the sound of the klaxon I was walking and weeping...just the thought of rehearsing so people would be safe...our human concern for each other, our compassion.

Please also consider Gator Blu answer; for me tears were/are fine and natural, but you will know if you might need to talk with someone?
Probably ..It's hard to hide emotions. You probably have a look that concerns them .. And that's why they ask..out of genuine concern.
What is it that is so concerning?
Because it sounds like you are not okay and you aren't doing well. Maybe you do need to talk to someone and let those tears out. Holding a lot of emotion in isn't good for you. Maybe you should go talk to your school counselor, or if you have a teacher that you feel comfortable with talking to. Or a parent, or adult relative. Please find someone to talk to.
