Your body speaks to you and warns you when something isn't right or if it starts to feels overwhelmed. Do you have any other symptoms? Any pain or numbness of the face and mouth and/or uncontrollable shaking? If it's not that serious and you only feeling a sensation in the mouth it could just be you have an allergic reaction to some new chapstick or lipgloss you bought. Could be anxiety, you began getting these muscle spasms, where you eyelid twitches or your lip tingles. If that is the case then the cause of that would be lack of Vitamin B.  I really can't help you much because I don't know all your symptoms. What I can tell you, when I was a preteen I would get this tingly sensation on my eyelid and could literally see it shake when I looked in the mirror, also my whole body would shake, usually when I laid down. It was definitely lack of Vitamin B and C because I use to be a junk food-holic and I hardly ever took any vitamins at that age. And it doesn't matter how many time you work out or move about daily because lack of the daily intake of vitamin B,  C & E will affect your body's defense system negatively and can cause long term damage to you immune system. If it's not as serious I would still suggest you see your doctor to get a more accurate diagnoses.

Need more information on it. But body parts become tingly from dehydration, and different types of medications and illegal drugs can cause dehydration.
