You will NOT pass a portable breath test the morning after drinking (sorry)...I'm on house arrest and tried (failed).It depends how much you drank,what kind of booze,and how many hours have passed.Usually takes between 12 & 24 Hours to register zero (depending what kind of parting you did the night before).Hope this helps...
