Exercise helps good sleep because it relieves you of tension and tires the body in such a way that you need to get rest for the body. Eventually your eyes shut and you're asleep.

Exercise is usually good for you! It keeps your body healthy and trim and boosts our immune system. In return this helps your body stay healthy. It has been said that people who exercise in the morning fall asleep easier and sleep better than people who exercise too close to bedtime do.

Exercise can also produce stress. That seems strange as it is also one of the ways to reduce stress. Sometimes it is hard to figure out what is good for us and what isn't!

So the best thing you can do for yourself it to keep exercising as much as you comfortably can. But stop this at least five to six hours before bedtime.
