I am not a doctor and I would strong suggest that you consult with your doctor regarding your results and ask for further bloodwork.

An elevated MCH and MCV can indicate the following:

Infectious Disorders (Specific Agent)
Diphyllobothrium latum infestation

Neoplastic Disorders
Acute Myelogenous/Blastic Leukemia AML

Deficiency Disorders
Folic acid deficiency anemia

Reference to Organ System
Megaloblastic anemia
Pernicious anemia

Drugs
Estrogen (Premarin/Estinyl) Administration/Toxicity

Usually the cause is very mild but it is best to determine it with your doctor. I hope this helps.
