The highest number of AIDS patients is in California. Where there were 4,952 cases reported in a year. The other states in the descending order of cases are New York, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Illinois, New Jersey and North Carolina. These are the top ten, most AIDS affected states.
