Recently I Found A Hard Lump By My Left Ear (bottom Of Earlobe, But On The Side Of The Face) Just Noticed It In The Last Three Days. Any Thoughts?

This problem can be due to many reasons. It can be a swollen lymph node due to infection in throat which also cause fever. This can be inflammation of thyroids. It can be severe tonsillitis. Further blood tests are required for differential diagnosis.
