The MCH is Mean Corpuscular Hemoglobin. These levels tell the average weight of hemoglobin. Its normal range is 27-33. Its levels below 27 cause microcytic anemia and its levels higher than 33 mean macrocytic anemia. This test is not a accurate test. An alternative test called MCHC is more reliable. So go for MCHC test.
