I suffer from headaches and migraines, I have a tablet every day (prescribed by a doctor) and it seems to work (not a paracetamol). But the things that cause migraines and headaches are cheese, coke, chocolate, fresh orange juice, stress and too much noise. My headaches seemed to be in the right side of my head, but the doctor said to me that it doesnt matter where it is,it is the same. Hope this helps.
