Mycoplasma Infection can lead to walking Pneumonia. There is no difference as such between the two. Mycoplasma Infection is caused by a bacteria Mycoplasma pneumoniae. And when it worsens it takes the form of Pneumonia. Its symptoms are also same as Pneumonia. I.e fever, cough, bronchitis, sore throat, headache and tiredness.
