Iron level of 7 is actually dangerously low... Best advice get to the dr asap because  you could be damaging your  heart and other internal organs from lack of oxygen. I've had my iron level as low as 3 (when I was pregnant and made the conscious choice to put off IV iron treatments unless we couldn't avoid them) low iron can lead to dizziness, confusion, being out of breath and being tired all the time as said above but also has many other symptoms, odd cravings, bleeding easily or longer from even small cuts, normal low range for men and women is different but is right around 14.3 at the lowest end!!!  Your body isn't getting what it needs and your risking deadly consequences if you don't  get it taken care of soon!

An iron level of 7 is actually low. You should see your doctor. Your stored iron levels need to be checked as well.
Continuing with low iron levels can lead to dizziness, confusion, breathing problems, lethargy etc. You need the iron to transport oxygen to your body!! See your doctor
