Either you are unable to explain your problem or the doctor has not explained you. From your question, I understand 3 problems. These are endometriosis, ovarian cyst and infertility. Now I try to to explain
Endometriosis.
The endometrial tissues which are drained out along with blood during periods, one or more of these tissue go backward in the peritonium instead of coming to vagina. These tissues respond to the hormones in the blood and also bleed in peritonium during periods. This can cause infertility.
ovarian cyst
The presence of more than 10 pearl  like cysts in ovary. This also cause infertility.
The decapeptyl is LHRH analogue, can treat the endometriosis but not infertility. The ovarian cyst have no treatment. The clomid will increase the ovarian cysts. If the cause of your infertility is endometriosis and if treated by decapeptyl the the clomid might work. But if the cause is cysts in ovary, it will not work rather will increase the problem.
