The HPV is almost a STD. There are 100 strains of HPV out of which 30 are considered as STD. Out of these 30, 13 are high risk as they can cause many complication including cervical cancer in ladies. The incubation period of herpes varies in women and it can takes 2-3 weeks to months and some time years to show symptoms. The detection time of HPV after transmission is from 2 weeks to 6 months.
