My Mother had a lot of white spots like inverted freckles on her and went to the Dr. To find out why she had them, more and more. She was told, that hers were due to the sun on excess yeast in her system, on the skin. When the sun shone on these areas they did not tan like the other part of her skin. However, as was stated above, there are other reasons for white spots, so check with your dermatologist to be certain.

I am getting various white spots on my thighs, legs and one spot on my face. What is that a sign of?
Dry milky white spots on thigh
I did hear once that white spots on the face can be a sign of high cholesterol but you said there on your lower body areas so I think the best thing you could do here would be to ask your nurse/doctor for an mot check up I often have things like this checked its better than you worrying
I don't know I am 64 but my daughter 44 has it also.it's getting worse
The white spot on legs and arms can be due to many reasons. Although there is a posibility of its age relation but no body can tell you without having a look on them. I advise you to visit a doctor especially dermatologist for differential diagnosis and proper treatment.
Dermatologist said mine were hereditary and not to worry. They were a form of keratosis and there isn't much you could do about them permanently.
What I have to wonder is how many people have pets and have white spots. This would lead to viral skin infections. Some that are scaly and wart like can be amazingly treated with your own saliva to kill the wart. The smooth lack of pigmentation also sounds viral. Some may also be nothing but healed bug bites that have yet to tan. Observe changes, research and seek professional advice.
This is possible that you are going to be suffered from some fungal disease because white spots on skin are the symptoms of fungal skin disease. You should consult doctor without wasting a single day.
I have tiny white spots on my arm to but they don't itch or anything...my science teacher said its because I scratch a lot or I'm nervous a lot (I used to scratch a lot but now I don't anymore nd I'm not nervous but I still have it) so I think you should just ask a doctor ASAP
Ps wen I get a check up ill tell you what the doctor tells me
