Yes, if it is the right (or wrong, depending on your viewpoint) kind. There are different causes, therefore, different kinds of pink eye (also called conjunctivitis). At least one kind is not contagious, some kinds are highly contagious and at least one kind is zoonotic (meaning it can be passed from human to animal, including cats, and visa-versa). If you have pink eye (or conjunctivitis), you need to ask your doctor which kind you have and whether you can pass it to your pet. Likewise if your cat has pinkeye (or conjunctivitis), you need to find out which kind it is. Whoever has it can pass it to the other, be cured and then catch it right back from the other later ...not good!
