It's possible to have a brain tumor with NO symptoms whatsoever!... But if the tumor grows large enough, it will start giving all forms of sometimes very strange symptoms, without ANY external growths or abnormalities... And a cyst on top of the head doesn't necessarily indicate a brain tumor... It takes a CAT Scan or MRI to tell for sure!

I would go to your primary care doctor, and explain to him/her what is going on, and then to a Neurologist if you are not completely satisfied with the outcome from your PCP. Good-Luck
