It affect the muscles, tendons and fibers and also depressions is one of the side effects. So it could. But any time you have tremors or numbness its usually a side effect of a nerve problem and you should check with your Doctor as soon as possible
I have both fibromyalgia and the tremors...one thing to remember is people who have this also have problems with anxiety...is it constant or does it happen at random times?????by answering this you may be able to better help your dr. Provide you with help..mine turned out to be anxiety disorder...a mild nerve pill almost always alleviates the shaking.
Tremors can be caused many things including Hyperthyroidism and Parkinson's Disease.
Fibromyalgia is a condition of pain and stiffness of body tissues of joints and bones of the body. Tremor is not directly related with fibromyalgia but tremor can be due to some other problems like hypoglycemia syndrome and this condition is either stimulated or aggravated by the Fibromyalgia.
I've not heard of that being a symptom . But I would ask my doctor about this.
