Left Side Of My Face Is Numb From My Cheek Up To My Eye, There Is Some Slight Swelling. What Could It Be?

I am a male 25 and have these same syptoms. I am now on my forth day and swelling is going down. I hahave told my docter and was asked of I had been bitten or allergic to anything. Left side of face is numbed from forehead to chin .

It could be many things from an infected tooth, or sinus infection etc... Go to a doctor asap!

Really it could be anything, like your tear duct being clogged up, this happened to my husband once, he was admitted overnight as he was really swollen. Honestly there are far too many things that it really could be, and you should speak with your doctor about it, I would hate to think that you might get worse. Hope this helps, good luck to you.

This happened to my boyfriend in high school, it ended up being that he had had a very mild stroke and had bells palsi.  This can happen at any age and the side effect is that your (I think left) side of your face goes numb and you can't control it...

You could be simply allergic to something or it could be far more serious so please check with your doc.
