You can take a garlic capsule and open it up, mix it with extra virgin olive oil (just a little) to make a paste and put in on the infected area.  leave it there as long as you can stand it, or like at night when you are going to bed.  It will heal it.  Garlic is a natural penisilin (spelling?). I've done it, and I use it on my children. It works.

Hot water will stop the pain for a little while, and it also makes it easier to pop, thats for small ones I'm still looking for help with mine they are big, and I am unable to go to a doctor, but I will try the tea tree oil tonight

This sound kind of severe. I would want to see a Dr. Anything with puss, could be an infection, which can worsen into septicemia, or blood poisoning, fairly easily.

That puss may be a sign that you have been bitten by something harmful. You should see a doctor very soon. Its better to be safe than sorry.

Put tea tree oil on it. It works wonders and you can find it in the vitamin section at most stores.

If you stepped on a nail I'd be sure to get a tetnus shot... You don't want to go there if not.
