Hypoallergenic does not mean that it will cause less allergies in a person who has allergies. It means less allergy in general for all peoples. If a person has asthma or allergy then there are no hypoallergens for him. Only solution is to get vaccine against particular substance from allergy centers and avoid allergen. Window treatment will work for those peoples which generally have no allergy but sometimes develop few allergic reaction signs.
