T4 normal range is approximately 4.5 to 12.5 and yours is 14, which is more than 12.5 so it means you might have hypothyroid. Where as, TSH normal range is from around 0.5 to 5.5 and you is 0.59 which means that you might suffer from Hypothyroid (on a border line) so have to take some precautions.

All the best.

Normal levels of TSH are 0.3 -3.0 and of T4 are 4.5 - 12.5. Your levels of TSH are 0.59 which mean you have normal pituitary function. Your T4 levels are higher which means you have hyperthyroidism.
