In medicines, coli  can be written for E.coli which is a bacterium and cystitis is the inflammation of the bladder. So, this can be inflammation of bladder by the E. Coli bacteria. But as you got your gall bladder removed due to gallstones, I think you are not spelling properly. It is Cholestasis. Which is a condition when bile can not not be poured to intestine. Bile is produced by liver and stored in gallbladder. From here, it is drained in to the intestine to digest fats. Any blockage in the bile duct or gallbladder can not drain bile in to the intestine. This condition is called cholestasis. It can be due to Gallstones, cancer, primary sclerosing cholangitis, Biliary cirrhosis, biliary trauma, medicines  like Flucloxacillin and Erythromycin and biliary atresia. Its Symptoms are Jaundice, pale stool, dark urine, proritis, biliary colic if cause gallstones.
Treatment depends upon underlying cause. Gallbladder removal is ideal treatment.
