I am 42 and have had the cancer return 4 times in 5 years. I have had a stem cell transplant. Lately I am anxious, I have palpitations and feel like I am crawling out of my skin. Is this the cancer or another disease? HELP!

My father in law (80 years of age), was treated for pharangeal cancer 2 years ago having undergone extensive chemo & radiotherapy.  It appears he may have B type lymphoma (severe weight loss 14lbs in 2 weeks +severe night sweats).

He is unlikely to be willing to have further treatment following his previous experiences.

What is the likely prognosis and if terminal, will it be quick?

I had falicular center cell, treated 8 years ago and stil clear , energy never came back though, treatment was a breeze but towards the end it took its toll,C.H.O.P. Was my treatment and no cemo, I responded to treatment well ,others do not,my tumor was the size of a basketball behind my stomach and local only had not spread to other organs, that I know is a huge factor in long term good outcome, pretty much guarantee ten more years with treatment, life expectancy can be very old age, no cure yet for anyone but cancers go into remissions sometimes for very long term

It depends on if it is treated or not, if treated life expectancy can be up to 80 years
