Does Gravol Really Work For The Stomach Flu? If It Does, Is It Just For The Nausea Or Does It Stop The Vomiting Too?

You really shouldn't take gravol when you have the stomach flu. Chances are you'll just throw it back up..and even if you kept it down, it won't really help. I had gastro a few years ago and I begged my mom (a nurse) until she gave me a gravol injection. It did nothing!
Unfortunately, the only way for your body to get rid of the gastro bug is to ride it out as the virus has to leave via your vomit or diarrhea. Delightful!

I have taken it several times during a bout of gastro and have simply vomited the pills back up :S  I think you need something a bit stronger.
