My Tongue Muscle Stays Tense And Becomes Painful I Try To Relax It But I Can't It's Very Scary. Is This Common ? I've Never Heard Of It,and I Don't Know Why It Happens.

I have the same problem and I was asking for and answer.  I will try more research.  Most likely I think is due to stress and TMJ.
