Do you wake up or open your eyes first?

I wake and I be too tired to even open my eyes=P

I stretch than open my eyes first.

I waken up first, else my eyes would not open .  If you think your eyes are opening first then you are suffering from what is called sleep paralysis .  It is not serious, so please don't feel uptight about it .

How is it possible that you first you open your eyes then wake up. If you are not awake ,how can you open your eyes

Wake up but if for example someone start shouting in your ear while you sleeping, by reflexes your eyes open and then wake up.
