Are There Neurological Effects From MRSA After The Bacteria Has Been Treated?

Not documented....but my daughter had emergency surgery for MRSA staff, her surgeon said she was 24 hrs. From death.  It was under her arm...  After the MRSA, she started having problems she had never had before.  Hallucinations, audio and visual, brief memory loss...complete memory loss for short periods of time.  Twitching, Jerking, muscle loss.  We took her to the dr.  And got tests done...she has seizures.  There were no incidences of this EVER before the MRSA infection.  It is the only key turning point in her medical history that we can see...and it started immediately after the surgery.  I firmly believe the answer to this question is YES.  There are neurological effects after it has been treated.
