OK first don't panic. Anything that is growing that quickly is not cancer. This is a submandibular (sub, under mandible, the jaw bone) lympth node. It is involved in filtering the fluid that leaves the blood and goes into the tissues. It becomes enlarged from bacteria or other infectious processes. She could have a gum, tooth, or bone infection. All are treatable. Good luck.
