Sounds more like calcium build up and should clear on its own in no time. If it does change colour, and begins to bleed, then have biopsy done to make sure nothing more serious is going on. I and my mom get them all the time. Unfortunately, had one on nose and because of sunburn, became cancerous. But this is a rare case
