It can when gas is involved....I had a procedure where they had to fill my abdomen with gas and said I'd have the most horrible gas pains from my abdomen up to my neck up. That's true! It was very uncomfortable, especially in my chest.
Now if you have a crushing pain in your chest with jaw and left arm pain, consult a doc ASAP
