I am having issues with bloating, cramps and frequent bowel movements. I've tried several other remedies and probiotics but these haven't helped. Could anybody suggest what should I do to get relief from these issues?

Well, those are common symptoms of many things, first, have you recently been on antibiotics? If so, this can cause an overgrowth of bacteria in your colon called clostridium difficile, this in turn will cause foul smelling diarrhea , gas and the like. Second, this could be issues that are arising from your gallbladder. Third you could be gluten intolerant, that's an easy fix, back off eating anything with gluten and see if your symptoms clear up. Best thing to do though, would be to see your doctor.

Hello,

From the symptoms you have described, it sounds like you may be suffering from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome.) This is quite common and can be caused by a whole host of triggers, but the best thing to do is to see your doctor to have this confirmed.

What to do if you do have irritable bowel syndrome...

Although there is no 'cure' for IBS, the condition is certainly manageable. This means that your doctor, or a specialist, will be able to advise you on what foods to eat and which ones to avoid in order to make your condition as tolerable and comfortable for you as possible.

If the problem pursues, you could end up feeling much worse, so it's best to seek professional help as quickly as possible. IBS is a relatively benign condition, but if it is something worse, you definitely need to get it checked out as soon as possible.

Hari Narayana Jha is using this 2014 question regarding bloating and cramp in the gut to advertise internet explorer number in Australia.

What is particularly funny due to the idiocy, is that she has also asked a question with regards to what internet explorer she should use and put the answer in a trapped wind question from 2014.
