Go to your doctor. If you don't have a doctor, you must register with one. What you are experiencing does not sound like cancer, but it DOES sound like you have a very bad diet, and a urine infection. If you are female, it could be Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, which is quite serious, so you MUST get proper medical advice as soon as possible. The most likely reason for all this is a candida over-growth in your gut, and this is best treated by a careful change to your eating habits (NO antibiotics, no sugar in any form, no bread, beer or wine). Your doctor will be able to test for this and prescribe something like flucanazole which is a one-off tablet. But the bottom line is SEE A DOCTOR!
