I have cold symptoms and aching all over my blood pressure is 122-82 my temperature is 34.8. Could this be signs of flu?

Sounds like iron deficiency. Your blood pressure is normal and you might have misread the temp. 34F mean you are experiencing hypothermia. You might have seen the 34 C which is normal that's a 96F. Iron deficiency can cause pain and the chills that you have experience. Eat more dark green vegetation they are rich in iron. Consult with your doctor about taking iron supplements and he or she will decide what's best for you.
