Pharmacies carry UTI test strips. That can help you figure out if it is really a UTI or not. There is an O-T-C medicine called Uristat that helps with the burning. Lots of water and cranberry juice helps.

Call a Urologist, they will get you in to see the doctor. I struggled with UTI for several years, it would get better then come back then I finally went to a Urologist and she helped me more than any of the other doctors I went to.
