I think i have ADD (have had this suspicion for a while) but my sister has it and i tried talking to my mom about it but she just brushes it off and it's really hard to focus in school and on anything and it's becoming a struggle?

Try mom again. Pick a time that you know she can focus on your conversation. Don't try when she's got a bunch of things going on. Ask her if you could be tested for it and tell her all of your concerns. See if you can get your dad in on the conversation too.

Talk to your school counselor. Let them know that you are having trouble focusing and explain all of your symptoms.

Keep seeking help. Don't give up.

Ask your parents for some time with them to address an ongoing concern that you have. Make sure you get a set time to do this and not just start talking right then and there. Setting up the time to do this will probably get their attention as opposed to talking without being prepared. Then tell them what options you have been considered on your on, such as talking with a counselor about the matter. I think then they will take you a little more serious.

are you sure....

if it is then don't take stress just think every human needs some attention and you also need that.

exercise, seek support from parents and friends and one more thing feel free to ask for any help.

takecare of yourself and always think positive always.

"Don’t focus on the outcome, when you focus on the outcome it creates anxiety and it builds. I just need to enjoy the moment and let it be. If I just fight I know I’m going to go out there and perform and do it my best. Don’t focus on winning or losing."
