Are you concerned because you don't hear voices too? I don't know enough about it to tell you anything. The best person you should ask is a Psychiatrist.
Are you taking any meds for you special challenge as they may be making you delusional here so you need to let your DR know about this immediately. Chances are it wont get worse but it wont get better either. Good luck
