Prioritise. Speak to others, sometimes stress blinds you in to seeing what would be helpful. Make yourself regular drinks, and take breaks where you go outside away from things and look at nature etc.

It helps if you write down everything that you need to accomplish in the next week or so. Once you get everything down on paper, put them in order of what needs to be done first. As you get one task done, mark it off.
