I poked my eye with make up brush a few days ago it has blurry spot that moves with eye when i move went to eye dr he said it is dry eye and put drops not working?

So call the office back and explain the situation and see what they say. After all, they are the ones that gave you the first solution in the first place. If what you're doing isn't working, they need to know that so they can have you try something else.
