I had the same thing under my big toe. I went to the doctor and he said it was a plantar wart. He treated it..twice..unsuccessfully, so I asked him to cut it off. That was about a month ago and now I have about 4 or 5 more around the area were the the dr. Cut. I have tried treating it at home as well and nothing seams to work. I think he was wrong on what it was (or is) or I have developed some kind of staff infection in my toe. I am going to try to go to a different dr. If you find out anything about yours, let me know.
