You need to go to the doctor. It will only get worse unless you are prescribed an antibiotic. While cranberry juice may help relieve the symptoms, it does not actually fight off the infection.
I have the same problem right now. I am going to the doctor tomorrow and I really hope that it isn't an infection. But right now I'm just drinking tons of fluid (water) like gallons daily and Cranberry juice. I suggest you do the same. Good Luck
Get to the er now! It's EXTREAMLY painfull, and the only way to get rid of it is with antibiotics. If it's your kidney, you will get an iv of antibiotics and pills.
