Can Leukemia Cause A Hole In The Femur Bone On Your Leg.?

Extreme pain in my upper right hip will a cat scan with dye injected tell my doctor what the
problem is and if it's is cancer  could I lose my leg. What is the treatment for this if is is cancer.
