However, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy each other sexually (for example, you can still have oral sex as long as you don't have any cuts in and around your mouth). You just have to find ways to keep his fluids away from your membranes. A condom might work, but it's risky. Condoms are only effective 99% of the time, and that's in preventing sperm from reaching your egg. They're even less effective in dealing with tiny proteins like viruses.
