Something could very well be inside your ear, you would be surprised at how many people have had beetles, potato bugs and any other insect small enough to crawl inside your ear but too big to get out. Don't ignore it go to the doctor to be sure. An insect living your ear could cause permanent damage to your ear drum including becoming deaf.
