That depends on the extent of the internal damage. Some internal injuries can cause death in seconds. Others will bleed for days, even weeks. I've heard that some people can bleed their whole lives. Whatever the case, it certainly won't be pleasant, and it raises the risk of infection and other complications.

So there can be no definitive answer that fits all situations. If the question really is, how long, at the least, does it take to "bleed out" (such that drop of blood pressure causes cessation of vital organ function) then the answer could be as low as under a minute to as few as a matter of seconds.
