It doesn't control my pain very well compared to opana & roxicodone but does make life bearable. I would NOT recommend it for Severe Chronic Pain or even regular Chronic Pain like I have. I think the reason it does not work as well as other opiate agonists do is because it only partially activates your opiate receptors in your brain, hint why the active ingredient in Suboxone (Buprenorphine) is called an partial-agonist.
